Shipping and Deadlines
- Our orders are usually delivered within a period of between 24 and 72 hours. Delivery time may be affected if your order contains pre-order products or during times of high sales volume (Sales, Black Friday, Christmas...).
- When we have sent your order, you can track it in our “Order Tracking” section, entering your email and the order number that we provided in the confirmation email.
- For all shipments to Spain , the courier company in charge of the delivery and transportation of all our orders is Correos . In case of absence when delivering the package, the courier will contact you to agree on a time that best suits your preferences. If in no case delivery occurs, your order will be received at the Post Office closest to your address.
- Sometimes, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. At Kalk we are committed to carrying out the procedures and preparing the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.
- Below you will find the details of shipping costs and delivery times by country. We inform you that free shipping will not be applied if the total of your order does not reach the minimum amount indicated after applying discounts or promotions.
