In your email, please include:

  • Order number or full details of the person who placed the order.
  • Reason for the return or exchange.
  • Product you wish to exchange for.

Exchanges will be made to the same address as the original order. If you wish to change the shipping address, please indicate this in the email.

Shipping costs for the product to be returned or exchanged are the responsibility of the buyer, who must send the package at their own expense and risk. *We recommend using a trackable service such as certified mail to ensure the package can be tracked.

The shipping costs for the new product will be covered by Handsy Nails and will be sent via Correos Express after receiving and inspecting the product to be exchanged.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-order products.

Making a Return or Exchange

You have the following options:

  • Exchange it for another product of equal value.
  • Exchange it for a product of higher value and pay the difference.
  • Exchange it for a product of lesser value and receive a refund for the difference.

In any case, products subject to a return or exchange must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use. Otherwise, no return or exchange can be made. It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Handsy Nails in perfect condition. We recommend using the original packaging in which you received your order.
