Shipping policy

Our orders are typically prepared within 24 to 72 hours. Delivery times may be affected if your order contains pre-order items or during high sales periods (Sales, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.). Once we have shipped your order, you can track it in our "Order Tracking" section by entering your email and the order number provided in the confirmation email.
For all shipments within Spain, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders is Correos. In case of absence at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange a more convenient delivery time. If delivery is not made, your order will be held at the nearest Correos office to your address.
Sometimes, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional taxes and duties, which will be the buyer's responsibility. At Handsy Nails, we commit to managing and preparing the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs procedures.
